Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
• Experience with supplier risk assessment and TCO concepts.
• Ability to design and execute multi-year category strategies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Experience with complex sourcing negotiations.
• Knowledge of aligning category strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Executes strategic plans to achieve measurable business outcomes in cost efficiency, delivery performance, and overall value.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of agreements, market trends, and supply-demand dynamics.
• Leads competitive sourcing, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Stays informed on market developments and regulatory updates to support risk management.
• Provides strategic recommendations on commercial opportunities and long-term sustainability.
• Ensures all agreements meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
