The role requires advanced sourcing expertise, supplier management focus, and strong project leadership. Hybrid work is supported; travel up to 20% may be required across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Eight years of supply chain experience including category management and supplier relation management.
• Five years leading complex contract negotiations and project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide category strategies.
• Perform spend and cost analysis and develop category strategies for value capture.
• Complete supplier research and risk profiles.
• Monitor industry trends to keep strategies current.
• Lead complex sourcing events and guide the team.
• Collaborate with Logistics to optimize inventory strategies.
• Lead supplier relationship management for key suppliers and drive improvements.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and negotiate contracts to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance across buying channels and contract execution.
