Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field and 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of leading complex contract negotiations and project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and purchasing/sourcing systems.
• Travel up to 20% and driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide category strategies; conduct spend analysis.
• Lead supplier relationship management for critical suppliers and monitor performance.
• Negotiate contracts and changes to meet business needs and risk controls.
• Define risk elements of contracts with Legal and Security; ensure compliance.
• Create project plans to implement category strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the supply chain team.
