Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of procurement/category management experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing and supply chain services.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of logistics markets (freight, warehousing, 3PL, distribution) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with global and regional frameworks and U.S. business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, contracting).
• Deliver sourcing projects in line with defined timelines, savings targets, and service requirements.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance and risk mitigation.
• Establish and track savings, cost avoidance, and cash flow targets.
