The role emphasizes collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Quality and Operations, and involves building multi-year roadmaps, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Engineering, Quality, or Product Development experience.
• Experience managing direct material categories in packaging, ingredients, chemicals, or other complex materials.
• Success in category management, sourcing, supplier relationship management & commercial negotiations.
• Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities to develop sourcing strategies.
• Build & implement multi-year category roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Establish commercial agreements that optimize cost, quality, service, innovation.
• Drive cost optimization through should-cost analysis, value engineering, specification improvements & process efficiencies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Quality & Operations on new product development & material qualification initiatives.
