Position

We are looking for a Hands-on Senior Manager who wants to join a startup within a startup. Join our Business Vertical which looks after the launch and scale-up of New Courses in the US Market.

Core team that works closely with you:

  • AI BU Head, New Courses BU Head, New Courses Curriculum Head, Marketing Team SPOCs, Sales Head, Sales Leaders, Training Teams, Project Managers on Curriculum Development side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the core team to generate new course ideas and enhancements to existing products. This is done with the goal of revenue generation or conversion improvement, or both.
  • Develop the project charter and collaborate with all stakeholders to develop the end-to-end GTM and Sales Plan. This includes Lead Generation (with Marketing), Website Configuration (with Product and Tech), Communications (with CRM and Content), Sales Strategy (with Sales Team Leaders), Customer Insights (by conducting LIVE Customer Interactions), and Financial Planning (with Finance Team).
  • Build a new course revenue of $500K Monthly run rate from scratch over a quarter.
  • Manage the project across all stakeholders, acting as the primary authority on daily operations.
  • Organize and manage daily and weekly reviews with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive and reactive solutions.

  • Ability to plan and execute projects end-to-end.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, capable of handling various tasks such as sales, marketing, content creation, and AI development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Agile mindset, open to improvisation and team collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL query writing and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Fast learner with a results-driven attitude.
