Qualifications

• Experience in creating long-term LTAs with electrical or mechanical suppliers.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and supply chain analysis.
• Ability to develop, track, and report KPIs and supplier health.
• Familiarity with FARS/DFARS regulations.
• Background in defense production environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of long-term agreements (LTAs) with electrical and mechanical suppliers for production hardware.
• Conduct demand forecasting and supply chain analysis to support agreement planning, optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure agreement performance, supplier health, and category value.
• Perform data analytics to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and alignment with program requirements.
• Provide ad hoc strategic and operational support to procurement teams, program offices, and site leadership.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with FARS/DFARS regulations and Lockheed Martin policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align category strategies with production schedules, program timelines, and site objectives.
