Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Category Manager to drive sales growth and market share with Walmart. The role leverages data, shopper trends and category expertise to develop strategic recommendations that support Monster Energy’s growth objectives.

You will work cross-functionally to deliver value for the customer and the company. The position requires 5+ years in category management and shopper insights, with strong analytics and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Category Management, Shopper/Consumer Insights, Sales.
• Experience in Consumer Package Goods, beverage industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and category analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Walmart Scintilla Module and shopper behavior.

Responsabilités

• Develop data-driven category strategies and insights to drive sales and market share.
• Create presentations translating insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Lead Scintilla enablement, onboarding, training, and adoption across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop profitable sales solutions aligned with brand plans.
• Summarize and communicate key insights to leadership and ensure timely delivery.
