Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead GC and supplier strategies for construction projects with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop and deliver long-term sourcing strategies; drive category roadmap with senior leadership.
• Plan site launches to meet construction programs, especially during peak seasons.
• Drive supplier sourcing, contracting and ongoing project delivery while maintaining relationships.
• Lead supplier performance management and sustainability goals.
