SAS is seeking a Sr. Category Analyst to support Category Merchandising by delivering reports on merchandising, pricing, financials, and customer behavior. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
Experience in merchandising is a plus.
Knowledge of industry products and space planning processes.

Responsibilities

Achieve deliverables according to brand timeline for Assortment creation with other departments.
Dashboard creation, pricing analytics, margin and profitability analysis, category performance analysis, store level reporting.
Report data errors to the appropriate party for resolution and provide assortment analytics.
Assist category managers in understanding store space limitations and develop solutions.
Monitor store scanning and evaluate processes for opportunities; perform pos-reset analysis.
