You will own analytics from CDT modeling to demand transferability, leading a blended onshore/offshore team and partnering with merchants to optimize assortment, pricing, and space.

You will combine business acumen with strong technical skills in AI/ML, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, ensuring actionable insights and defensible recommendations within a global delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years in category management analytics or merchandising analytics.
• Experience with CDT, demand transferability, and assortment optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for category decisions, including assortment and pricing within the account.
• Lead cross-functional teams from onshore/offshore delivery.
• Develop data products to support category decisions.
• Communicate findings to merchant leadership and drive improvements.
