COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Senior Catastrophe Claims Specialist to join a dedicated CAT claims team. The role involves field-based investigation and settlement of personal and commercial lines property claims, with extensive travel and on-call deployment.

10 six-hour shifts followed by days off, and potential extended deployments across the country. The position emphasizes on-call availability, field inspections, and managing claim workloads both in the field and office, with base pay range

Qualifications

• Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Responds to deployment directives and travels to catastrophe areas to evaluate, negotiate, and settle property claims.
• Conducts physical inspections of property claims and prepares written estimates.
• Initiates contact with insureds and relevant parties to gather information and explain the claims process.
