iShare Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Casualty Reserving Actuary (FCAS) for a 4–6 week remote consulting engagement in the United States. The role focuses on assessing reserve adequacy for construction wrap-up programs such as CCIP/OCIP, reviewing claims experience and loss development, and evaluating reserve scenarios using stochastic methods.

You will deliver a concise actuarial report with recommendations and the required opinion letter, leveraging 10+ years of P&C reserving expertise

Qualifications

• FCAS certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years in P&C casualty reserving.
• Experience conducting CCIP/OCIP/wrap-up reserve adequacy studies.
• Experience with stochastic reserving and percentile-based scenarios.
• US-based and able to issue the required opinion letter in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Available for a 4–6 week consulting engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reserve adequacy studies for CCIP/OCIP and wrap-up programs.
• Review claims experience, loss development, reserve assumptions and potential deficiencies.
• Evaluate probabilistic reserve scenarios (P50/P70/P80) using stochastic methods.
• Deliver a concise actuarial report with recommendations and the required opinion letter.
