Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and adjusts commercial casualty, specialty risks, and business auto claims.
• Analyzes coverage and communicates coverage positions under supervisor direction.
• Conducts investigation into loss facts and extent of third-party damages.
• Directs assignments to experts and defense counsel and monitors progress.
• Evaluates information to determine exposure to insured and company.
• Sets reserves or recommends reserve changes within authority.
• Travels to conferences, mediations, and trials; travel up to 10%.
