Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of equipment, manufacturing, or process engineering including commissioning and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, FAT/SAT, and supplier management for core casting lines.
• Own post-commissioning process ownership and drive production-ready capability.
• Develop work instructions, process specs, PFMEAs, control plans, and change-control docs.
• Ensure EHS and process safety for high-temperature and chemical operations.
• Collaborate across functions and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
