Qualifications

• Experience with lean, six sigma and related production principles.
• Experience with inventory, production and capacity planning (MRP/ERP).
• Cross‑functional collaboration across teams and fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and own factory layouts following lean principles and clear visual indicators.
• Lead full lifecycle of foundry buildout, delivering on time and on budget.
• Act as primary construction project manager for multi‑discipline work.
• Hands‑on leadership to drive rapid project completion.
• Schedule, cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory approvals with city and state agencies.
• Engage with contractors, engineers, and internal customers to resolve conflicts.
• Develop data analytics to analyze delivery, capacity, and cost metrics.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement optimization solutions.
