Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, chemical, materials science, or other engineering discipline.
• 1+ years in equipment, manufacturing, or process engineering, including installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and supplier management.
• Experience in core-through-cast or high-temperature/precision processes is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead commissioning and FAT/SAT for pre-cast equipment incl. VIM furnaces, ceramic/wax injection, shell dip lines, and thermal systems.
• Coordinate supplier-defined facilities: power, water, waste, controls, network, connectivity, and MES.
• Own post-commissioning process ownership to drive rate, yield, and quality.
• Design and implement tools, fixtures, and process aids to hit rate targets.
• Develop work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and change-control docs.
• Ensure EHS and process safety for high-temperature, vacuum, pressure, and chemical operations.
• Troubleshoot issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement robust corrections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Materials, Design, Quality, Facilities, Controls, Production, and Maintenance.
• Lead technical projects and mentor engineers/technicians.
