Job summary

Pearl River Resort is seeking a Lead Security Officer to supervise associates on assigned shift and execute security duties to protect guests, associates and the casino property. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring strong leadership and compliance with SOPs.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED, 5+ years in casino security, and a valid driver’s license. You must be able to obtain a gaming license and communicate effectively with staff and law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in casino security is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must obtain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Security Associates on shift and ensure protective duties.
• Guard all transfers of monies and ensure casino floor security.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and assist investigations.
• Interact professionally with guests, associates and law enforcement.
