Job summary

Pearl River Resort is seeking a Lead Security Officer to supervise security associates on the assigned shift and execute security duties to protect customers, associates, and property. The role requires adherence to SOPs, licensing requirements, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

The candidate must have a High School diploma or GED, 5 years of security experience, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site position with EMT duties where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must complete Incident Management System training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security associates on assigned shift.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, associates and property.
• Interact with law enforcement when required.
• Maintain accurate departmental records and reports.
• Protect casino assets and handle transfers of monies and chips.
