Responsibilities

• Abide by all Company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and comply with all Company, Local, State, Federal and Tribal regulations relating to Health, Safety, and Operations.
• Successfully participate in and complete all training sessions, safety classes, pre-shift meetings, and/or certifications related to the position.
• Audits paperwork generated by Cage Operations, Soft Count, Table Games, Slots, Marketing, Credit, Food and Beverage, Kiosk Machines and Hotel.
• Reviews all taxable winnings to ensure compliance with Title 31.
• Issues exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, Gaming Commission and all Federal/State laws.
• Creates and publishes daily Flash, DOR and deposit reports.
• Reconcile accounts and monitors credit card transactions.
• Track overages and shortages as well as complete thorough investigations on major variances.
• Assist other Revenue Verification Clerks in cases of absence or as deemed necessary.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Promote positive public/team member relations at all times.
