Job summary

Seminole Casino Immokalee is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support all compliance activities under the Compliance Manager. The role focuses on maintaining records, audits, and reporting to ensure Title 31 and IC compliance across casino operations.

Ideal candidates possess knowledge of tribal and federal gaming rules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines, including weekends and holidays. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years computerized auditing/accounting experience or casino operations experience with STGC and/or Federal Title 31 rules.
• Knowledge of Tribal and Federal rules, gaming, accounting and casino operations.
• Working knowledge of ICs, Title 31 and FinCEN regulations.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Computer systems experience preferred.
• Excellent record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate record keeping and reporting for Title 31 documents as directed by management.
• Investigate possible violations of internal procedures/controls.
• Audit daily documents from operating departments and ensure compliance with ICs and Title 31; report discrepancies to management.
• Trace samples of potential reportable items through transaction flow to ensure Title 31 compliance.
• Prepare and file CTR and SARs; re-file incomplete CTRs with additional information.
• Assist in coordinating audits with internal and external auditors.
• Assist in preparing quarterly compliance reports for the CTR Compliance Committee.
• Monitor daily sensitive transactions in absence of the manager.
• Conduct quarterly audits of sensitive keys and users of sensitive keys.
• Monitor compliance with Title 31 and ICs as directed; ensure storage/retention of sensitive documents.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
