Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is seeking a Facility Associate for its Post Falls, ID location. This full-time, hourly role requires nights, weekends, and holiday availability with a starting wage of $17.31 per hour.

You will assist facility management, support donors and customers, and ensure store safety and cleanliness. The position demands a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass background and driving record checks, with prior retail experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Retail experience, knowledge of merchandise, cash register operation, and change-making skills.
• Must communicate effectively with tact and courtesy and present an outgoing, neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers and donors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure facility, records, and safety procedures meet standards.
• Train and evaluate staff; manage store personnel when needed.
• Maintain production and work areas for efficient operations.
• Follow cash handling policies and maximize financial performance.
• Develop corrective action plans as needed and communicate openly with the team.
