Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest in Post Falls, ID is seeking a Facility Associate I. The role primarily works in processing/donations or stock/merchandise areas, handling items and providing customer service on the sales floor.

A background check is required; part-time positions may also be available with some benefits. Key duties include stocking shelves, tagging and pricing items, assisting at the register, carrying out merchandise, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to and from the sales floor.
• Place items on shelves, in floor fixtures or on racks.
• Face shelves, racks, and/or floor fixtures according to display standards.
• Remove old items from display and place in totes or carts.
• Assist at cash register wrapping or bagging merchandise.
• Provide carry out service as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with Workforce and Family Services to provide participant services.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest.
• Properly wear and maintain all required PPE.
• Maintain agency confidentiality; comply with health, safety, and fire standards.
