Job summary

Eaglecrest Ski Area is hiring a Senior Cashier for the winter season. The role involves working at the front ticket window or cashier station with a friendly, upbeat atmosphere for skiers and snowboarders.

Typical duties include operating POS systems, counting money, and training new cashiers, while supporting the Revenue Coordinator and Base Operations Director as needed. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months clerical experience, including cash handling and customer service.
• Substitution by post-secondary education in bookkeeping or accounting available.
• Experience at front ticket window or cashier station is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale systems and cash register.
• End of shift cash out procedures.
• Stock pass area and keep area clean and orderly.
• Train new cashiers and assist Revenue Coordinator.
