Citigroup in Getzville, NY is seeking a Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst to partner with Global Billing and Finance teams, overseeing end-to-end cash management, trade operations, and cross-regional processes.

You will drive process improvements, lead investigations of issues, and ensure compliance while coordinating across technology, Account Managers, Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Formación

• 5-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated cash and trade operations experience & knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to Multi-task, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as time and project management skills required.
• Proven track record in Operations environment.
• Strong expertise in MS-Office products (MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint) required; VBA and SQL knowledge preferred.
• Self-motivated, demonstrates good judgment, acts with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with operational processes and process improvements
• Ensure transactions or processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls
• Lead/facilitate the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of transaction services issues
• Lead the transition, alignment, and stabilization efforts of critical operations functions
• Cross-train for various internal roles within the department, and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed
• Lead/Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services projects
• Perform all required tasks within established procedures and controls to minimize losses
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
