Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Team Manager to oversee the cash application function, posting third‑party and patient payments into the A/R system and resolving posting issues.

This in‑office role focuses on productivity, accuracy, and process improvements in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The role includes hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and developing dashboards/KPIs, with collaboration across Accounting and Finance for month‑end close and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in cash posting within a healthcare organization.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a cash application team, including scheduling work shifts.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure accurate data entry into patient accounts and timely posting of payments.
• Manage research, reconciliation, balancing, and error identification within cash posting.
• Develop data reports, dashboards and KPIs to evaluate team performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to support monthly close and audits.
