Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems (ACH, wire, ISO 20022) and banking products.
• Experience with treasury management systems (GTreasury, Kyriba, FIS Integrity, Quantum).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Ability to lead projects with limited supervision and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash management activities including cash positioning and liquidity forecasting.
• Analyze global cash flows to improve liquidity and working capital.
• Coordinate with banking partners on account structures and electronic banking.
• Support treasury technology platforms and ERP integrations.
• Lead implementation projects involving treasury systems and ISO 20022 migration.
• Develop cash forecasting models and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and IT to ensure efficient treasury operations.
• Ensure treasury controls and compliance with governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment processes including ACH, wires, RTP, and international transactions.
• Provide guidance to Treasury Analysts.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
