Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead advanced cash management initiatives, optimize liquidity, and drive treasury technology projects at a Memphis-area location. The role requires collaboration with banking partners and internal teams to improve funding, forecasting, and payment operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in treasury/cash management, deep knowledge of payment systems, and experience with treasury platforms.

Qualifications

BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, business, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance.
Deep knowledge of treasury operations and banking products.
Knowledge of payment systems: ACH, wire, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, ISO 20022.
Experience with treasury systems GTreasury, Kyriba, FIS Integrity, Quantum.

Responsibilities

Lead daily cash management activities: cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, funding, and bank accounts.
Analyze global cash flows to improve liquidity and working capital.
Coordinate with banks for account structure and electronic banking.
Support treasury tech platforms and ERP integrations.
Lead treasury projects: ISO 20022 migration and process automation.
Develop cash forecasting models and senior-management dashboards.
Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, IT.
Enhance controls, governance, and compliance.
Improve payment processes (ACH, wires, real-time, international).
Provide guidance to Treasury Analysts and stakeholders.
