• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities and client self-help strategies.
• Flexible schedule and experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, guides, and supervises activities of direct reporting staff.
• Provides direct supervision of Case Managers.
• Communicates contract requirements to staff and ensures adherence.
• Leads meetings and participates in interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitors client progress and documents via progress notes.
• Conducts chart auditing and ensures accurate case documentation.
• Manages a caseload of about 25 clients and supports a therapeutic milieu.
• Provides individual counseling and facilitates groups.
• Offers psycho-education and relapse-prevention counseling.
• Participates in assessments, discharge planning, and case conferences.
