Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with 1–2 years supervising staff.
• Experience working with diverse populations and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, guide, and supervise direct reporting staff.
• Provide direct supervision of Case Managers and monitor progress.
• Communicate contract requirements to staff and participate in meetings.
• Manage a caseload of about 25 clients with active treatment planning.
• Conduct progress notes, chart audits, and case conferences.
• Provide individual counseling and group facilitation.
