Job summary

Compass Connections in San Antonio, TX seeks a compassionate professional to manage reunification cases for children. The role requires a Master’s in behavioral sciences or related field, or a BA with 3+ years supervisory/case management experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s with 3+ years supervisory/case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload per agency policies, licensing, and contract standards.
• Complete Case Management Tracking for each assigned child.
• Review and verify Family Reunification packets with sponsors; discuss issues.
• Submit all relevant forms to the EOIR with copies to DHS.
• Prepare sponsors to complete and sign required forms and documents.
• Meet with each assigned child weekly between Sunday and Saturday as requested.
• Foster collaboration with federal Field Coordinators and participate in staffing meetings.
