Job summary

Compass Connections seeks compassionate personnel for its Casa Mariposa facility in El Paso, TX. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field is required; or a bachelor's degree with at least three years of progressive supervisory and case management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• First aid, CPR, and emergency behavior intervention certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies and licensing standards.
• Complete Case Management Tracking for each assigned child.
• Review family reunification packets for accuracy and follow up with sponsors as needed.
• Submit relevant forms to the Department of Children's Services with packet copies.
• Prepare and obtain signatures on required forms and documents for EOIR/ DHS where applicable.
• Assist children during departure/reunification and participate in team decisions.
• Participate in workshops and activities promoting professional growth and development.
