Qualifications

• Counselor Technician Certification, Chemical Dependency Counselor I/II Certification required.
• Two years as CSS Case Manager III or four years in related work may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Engage behavioral health support for unhoused clients and implement care plans.
• Connect clients with housing, medical, and social services.
• Document interactions and ensure timely billing compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate service delivery and intake.
