Qualifications

• Age must be at least 21 years.
• Two (2) years of experience providing direct customer-owner care in a behavioral health setting or related field.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license meeting DMV requirements.
• No more than three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the past 3–10 years, per Alaska rules.
• Prior to hire, provide driving record no more than 60 days old.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate skill development and provide direct care in community, residential, or outpatient settings.
• Coordinate customer-owner care and support access to community resources.
• Assist with case load management and group facilitation as appropriate for the program.
• Progress between job levels based on demonstrated ability to handle more responsible assignments.
