Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of personal injury files for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Maintain meticulous audit records and case documentation in case management systems.
• Audit files for a team of 2–4 Pre-Litigation Case Managers and ensure timely progression.
• Conduct weekly one‑on‑one meetings to address deficiencies and provide feedback.
• Review case files from assignment to settlement for completeness and pace.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to management.
• Ensure critical documents and deadlines are obtained and tracked.
• Experience with Salesforce or other case management systems.
