Job summary

Law Firm in Beverly Hills seeks an experienced Case Manager to support a growing personal injury team. This full-time role involves managing cases from intake through settlement and coordinating with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurers.

You will maintain case files, track documentation, and ensure timely progression while delivering professional client service and proactive communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of owning assigned cases.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of case management experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Understanding of the personal injury claims process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, insurance, property damage, and other case matters.
• Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment, including appointments and treatment gaps.
• Request, review, and track medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding liability, coverage, policy limits, and claim status.
• Monitor vehicle repairs, rental vehicles, and property damage claims.
• Identify and address issues that may delay treatment or case progression.
• Maintain accurate case notes, documents, deadlines, and communications in Filevine.
• Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for demands and settlement.
• Coordinate with lien and demand departments to ensure files are complete and ready for resolution.
• Follow up consistently with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
• Provide guidance and support to Case Manager Assistants as needed.
