Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or finance.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale logistics and carrier procurement initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise LEI carrier procurement, pricing, and logistics execution.
• Manage asset-based carrier network and significant transportation spend.
• Own pricing strategies, onboarding, and performance management of carriers.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to drive margin and growth.
• Lead a team of Freight Procurement Specialists and oversee KPIs across the network.
• Represent SYGMA in customer engagements and quarterly business reviews.
