Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance.
• Experience with compliance, audits or similar background.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Contract review experience.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an undefined work environment.
• Ability to take initiative and influence others toward goals.
• Working knowledge of audit frameworks.
• Strong business acumen; proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and process improvement.
• Review carrier contracts to identify terms needing system updates.
• Document system setups to support SOX and External Audit requirements.
• Understand and ensure adherence to financial, IT, and operational controls.
• Develop and implement new controls as needed for business needs.
• Support the carrier audit function with internal stakeholders and audits.
• Coordinate audits and obtain responses from internal teams.
• Deliver special projects to support RT division operations.
• Other related tasks may be assigned as needed.
