Job summary

Vista Springs is seeking compassionate team members to provide resident care in a Full Time/Part Time/PRN capacity at our Clarkston location. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document care, and support a safe, welcoming environment in a purpose-built memory care community.

Expect 12-hour shifts with shift differentials, attendance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, safety and general supervision to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and care needs per care plan.

• Participate in in-service training and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
