Overview

Location: Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas.

Must be open to accepting call-off shifts, holidays, and 1-2 weekends a month. Flexible schedule preferred. Open to training current or new hires with client care.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for implementing customized care plans that address clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Providing impeccable care through scheduled activities and overall care management, you will treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal attendant services based on clients’ needs
  • Assisting with care plan development
  • Training caregivers on client care, policies, equipment, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years caregiving experience
  • Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is required
  • Valid CPR/BLS certification
  • TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Positive attitude, empathy, compassion, and kindness
  • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment
  • Reliability, dependability, and punctuality
  • Basic computer skills and technical savviness
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass background checks and provide references
  • COVID-19 vaccination preferred
