Overview

Location: Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas.

Must be open to accepting call-off shifts, holidays, and 1-2 weekends a month. Flexible schedule preferred. Open to training current or new hires with client care.

What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for implementing customized care plans that address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Providing impeccable care by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

The Senior Caregiver is a lead caregiver responsible for providing personal attendant services for TheKey clients with our community partners. Services depend on client needs and may change accordingly. The lead caregiver will also provide care for "fast start" clients, assist with care plan development, and train caregivers on client care, company policies, equipment, etc.

Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

  • Minimum of two years of caregiving experience
  • Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia care is required
  • Total Care Experience
  • Valid Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
  • TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Positive, energetic attitude, empathy, compassion, and kindness
  • Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm
  • Reliability, dependability, and punctuality
  • Basic computer skills and technical savviness
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references
  • COVID-19 Vaccination preferred
