Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities under nurse supervision. You will provide caring, respectful assistance with personal care, dining support, and homemaking while maintaining excellent service standards.

Previous care experience is preferred. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and flexible hours, with paid training and opportunities for growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn EHR systems.
• Compassion for hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible with hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Provide homemaking tasks.
• Report changes in health status and update care plans.
• Complete daily charting.
• Collaborate with team to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
