Job summary

Ecumen is hiring a Full Time Caregiver/Resident Assistant for the Afternoon/PM shift with every other weekend rotation. The role includes personal care, documentation, and following individualized care plans to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication administration as delegated, observation and reporting changes, promoting independence, and collaborating with the clinical team.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
