Job summary

Ecumen is seeking a Part-Time Resident Assistant/Caregiver for afternoon and evening shifts, with every-other weekend rotation. The role focuses on personal care and health-related services, following individualized care plans and documenting care provided.

The schedule offers 56 hours over two weeks, with compensation in the stated range. Qualified candidates typically hold a high school diploma or GED and may have CNA or Home Health Aide certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Follows safety policies and procedures (HIPAA, abuse policy, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by Clinical Director.
• Document residents' health status and changes.
• Support residents with independence and choices.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, clean environment.
• Lead and assist activities for residents.
• Address safety hazards and call lights promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
