New Communities is hiring a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) at our Biddeford, ME assisted living facility. This full‑time position includes day and overnight shifts, with paid training and avenues for advancement. Per diem options are also available for flexible work.

You will provide direct care support to seniors, assist with personal care, and encourage participation in activities. English communication is required, and CRMA advancement offers a $2 raise upon promotion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English.
