Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Rosemount, MN is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in a memory care and assisted living setting. You will work closely with residents to provide personalized care and daily living assistance, guided by a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Full-time roles with a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months, plus benefits and paid onboarding. Training provided for medication administration and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation; monitor changes and report to leadership.
