Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Little Canada, MN seeks compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You’ll provide personalized care and engage residents in daily activities, with a focus on dignity and comfort.

We welcome experienced caregivers and those newly certified. The role includes NOC shift (10PM-6AM) and every-other-weekend availability, with onboarding and ongoing leadership support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
