Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care, brighten days, and contribute to a person-centered environment.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, mobility support, medication help (training provided), engaging activities, light housekeeping, and timely reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• NOC Shift (10pm-6am).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
