Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Join our team and help residents with daily living activities, mobility support, medication assistance (training provided), and engaging activities. Flexible AM, PM, and NOC shifts with both part-time and full-time options; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• CNA Certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
