Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift.
• Observes and documents symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Responds promptly to security system and resident call bells.
• Notifies supervisor of increased care needs.
• Assists with continence management and sanitation.
• Serves and collects food trays as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Engages residents in daily living activities.
